Live Performance

Hypnotic, melodic live handpan

For festivals and stages, and for weddings, hotels and private events.

Festivals & Stages

Berni Ditroi is a handpan artist based in Switzerland and Hungary whose melody-led live sets, with percussive layers, move from hypnotic stillness to high energy, leaving audiences deeply touched and ready to come on a journey.

On stage, the music moves between deep, touching melodies and energising, moving ones. Memorable melodic lines carry the set, layered with percussion and played with passion. Every piece has a clear frame, and Berni improvises inside it, so no two performances are the same.

Axis Mundi

Berni also plays in the five-piece live ensemble Axis Mundi: an acoustic world-music project guiding audiences from meditative stillness into ecstatic, danceable celebration. Handpan, voice, guitars, drums, and percussion weave original songs, Hungarian folk melodies, and familiar rhythms into a live ceremonial journey.

Weddings, hotels & private events

There is a moment in every performance when something shifts.

Conversations soften. People turn toward the music. Someone closes their eyes. The atmosphere of the room changes, quietly, naturally, without effort.

This is not background music. It is a living presence that reads the room and adapts to the moment, adjusting volume, tone and emotional intensity as the event unfolds: gentle and tender during a ceremony or dinner, a little warmer as the evening opens up.

Berni has played weddings, hotels, a hotel spa, retreats and private events in Switzerland and Hungary.
